The way we set up a joint venture is as simple as possible.

1. We come to an agreement on a price for your lot or land.

2. The property is placed into the joint venture.  We bring the money to develop or build on the lot or land.

3. Once the property is sold you get the money of the agreed upon price along with a percentage on the profit.
